Mindbody Wellness Webinar Series - sign up today

During the lockdown of 2020 we ran a series of 12 webinars to support people with the impact of uncertainty, fear and anxiety on their stress-related symptoms. Over 500 people signed up and the feedback was incredible.

With so many people benefiting we wanted to continue offering these webinars and resources to others. We might not be living within the same lockdown restrictions anymore but fear, uncertainty and anxiety still exists for many reasons so the content continues to be as relevant and applicable whatever your circumstances might be.

Times of change, anxiety, feeling a lack of control about what's happening to and around you can cause symptoms, such as pain, to be triggered or intensify.

If there's anything we at SIRPA know how to do it's to help people with anxiety and stress-induced symptoms and the worries and fears related to this. It's what we do best and what we have been doing for over 10 years.

"With what I have read, understood and learned over those 14 years I feel that this programme has been the missing part of the jigsaw and I have already made and seen changes to the way I react and function. . I have felt so much better I even got back on my bike and did a cycle ride without any pain during or after!!" Sue
